Tile Access
Practice Manager can configure each tile separately, granting access to individual users, teams or all staff.
We strongly recommend creating Teams to manage these permissions, but access can also be set on individual users.
To manage Tile access in the Dashboard menu open E/M Dashboard Tile Access:
Each Tile type in the system appears in the left 'Available Tiles' pane.
By clicking on a Tile type, the right 'Access Settings' pane will show that Tile's current access settings.
Tiles can have their access defined either by Teams or by Individual Users. If Teams are selected, then any FilePro User that is a member of one or more of the selected Teams will have access to the selected Tile.
To copy the access settings from one Tile to another, select the Tile whose settings you'd like to alter on the left, and the Tile whose settings you'd like to replace them with in the "Copy access settings from" dropdown box, and click the "Copy" button:
