Probate Tab

The Probate Tab can be assigned to certain profiles to allow you access to information relating specifically to that subject matter.

To enable the Probate tab, open the E/M Profiles screen and check the Probate radio button in the extra tab section

Details of the deceased, up to 5 executors and 2 witnesses can be entered into this section, as well as details of any property held by the deceased.

The properties section of this tab is identical to the Family Law Property Tab, with Address, Titles, Proprietors, Mortgages, Valuations and Notes available to be entered.

When creating Merge Sets that include Property, the first 5 titles entered on a property are available as Merge Fields.
