Workflow Manager

 

This section is intended to give you an overview of what is possible in relation to creating workflows.  If you are looking at creating complex workflows please contact your local FilePro representative if you require assistance.

 

The workflow manager allows you to set up a system of tasks (known as a workflow) to be followed over the life of a file.  These workflows can be created and executed in a graphical interface, making it much easier to follow the path of execution, as well as see what is left to do at any point in time.

 

You can set up Workflows at a File level, Work Profile Level or at a template level.  Workflow Manager can be accessed in a number of screens.
