This is the Tab where you complete all of the financial adjustments for the transaction.  Once all of the information has been entered you can print a settlement statement from this Tab.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Each of the sections on this page allow you to open them to enter the required data for your calculations.

 

 

If you have set up Water Council in the E/M Water Council screen the relevant council will automatically be selected based on the postcode that has been entered for the property.  If you are not using this feature you can hide this box in the Systems Control Menu.
