Common Line Descriptions

To assist in your day to day data entry you can set up description fields to auto-complete based on the first matching description in the common descriptions list.

Global descriptions are available to all forms

Enter the line description which is to be available to the selected form.

When entering a description for one of these forms, the field is automatically filled with the first matching entry from the common lines list.
