User defined fields
User defined fields (UDFs) let you add other information, not available elsewhere in the file table to your documents.
UDFs are what the name implies: User Defined.
You choose what content gets added to the fields, which are set up through the UDF template option on the Workflow menu. UDF templates are then linked to profiles.
