Property Tab

In this Tab you can enter any Real Property that has relevance to the matter.

If you have not already added the property in the E/M Property Menu then you can follow the steps below.

Select the

button and the Add Property. Complete the required details and push ok.

You can see that the property is now linked to this matter.

You will need to edit the property in order to add in the Title information.

Once you click on the

screen you are able to enter the title details in here

Extra Details in the Family Law, Probate or Conveyancing Tab

The extended matter specific Tabs allow you to enter more information in relation to specific properties.

Add the ownership detail in this space and click on the

button.

Include any instruments registered on the title in this section and click on the

button.

Include details of any valuations undertaken in this section and click on the

button.
