To archive a file

When you are in a file that you want to Archive, ensure the Cover tab is selected.

Note - If a file has balances on it, it will not be able to be archived.

There are also settings in System Control that can restrict Archiving when there are unbilled Timesheets and Unbilled Office Costs.
