To Add a New Profile

 
 
Then enter the details of the Profile you want to add.
 
 
Your new profile will now appear in the lookup. Click OK to edit the profile or Cancel to exit.
 
Once you have created a profile you can add document templates and tasks, set a UDF template and standard invoice layout and indicate whether it is active or inactive.
 
The description can be changed after you have created a profile, but the Profile Name and Work Type can not. If you click the print button on the toolbar you can print a list of all profiles grouped by Work type.
