Process Trust Transfers

 
Use this option if you would like to automatically process Trust transfer amounts on Debtor invoices.
 
 
When creating your invoice it is important to make sure the Trust Transfer field is filled out. 
 
 
 
You will need to finalise the invoice for this feature to work.  Navigate to the Invoice Manager and finalise your invoices. 
Enter the date range of the selected invoices and finalise.
 
 
 
Once invoices are finalised, stay in the Debtor Invoice Manager.  Select only finalised invoices.  Tag the relevant invoices and Click on Process Trust Transfer.
 
 
 
Enter the appropriate information in the screen below.  Select the Trust Bank account you will be using, whether it is Transfer, EFT or cheque.
Select the General Bank account the money will be transferred to and relevant receipt payment type.  These settings can be saved for future transfers.
The Line descriptions will automatically prefill; these can be changed.
 
Before you Process, you will need to click on the Preview button.
 
 
 
 
The Preview Report will list all the invoices selected and also highlight any that cannot be processed.  There are some restrictions on what is able to be processed.

The Process button will now become available if at least one invoice was eligible to be processed.

The Processed trust transfer report will also open.  This will show all invoices monies have been allocated to.
This report can be printed at any time from the Debtor Menu:  Debtor>Reports>Processed Trust Transfer.
