Form 11 and Form 13 (Complex Documents)

 

When you open the document you may receive the following warning, please make sure you Enable Content.

 

When the document opens you will still see the merge fields, it is important that you do not delete these as this is where the information from Filepro is linked.

 

To merge these complex documents go to the Add-Ins Tab and click Merge.

 

The Calculate button is used in the financial sections and will perform the calculations based on the information you enter on this form.  If you realise a mistake after you push the calculate button you can push Clear, make your amendments and then recalculate.

There is no need to format your amounts with $, this will be done when you Calculate.  It will also allow you to input estimate figures – simply type e10000 and it will format it for you as E $10,000.
