E/M Properties

 

The Property menu allows you to enter details in relation to Property so that it can be associated with files though the Family Law Tab, Probate Tab and the Conveyancing Tab.  One property can be associated with several files.

 

By adding properties here, you will only ever need to enter the details for a property once, and simply refer to that property for any future matters it is involved with.  You can enter in details regarding instruments, valuations and proprietors of the Property.
